是日係岳父生日,又係除夕夜,當然又係食食食啦.今日五點左右返到屋企,又開始整整整啦.

以往幾年都係外出買日本過年餐盒套裝,今年由於訂唔到,就試下自己整啦,其實大部份都係散買回來,只有小部份係要煮的.

上起醬油冬菇,栗子番薯茸及荀片.

上起黑豆,左伊達卷,"松"日式魚蛋及普通日式魚蛋.

上左起昆布卷,沙丁魚,野菜什煮及數之子.
盒子係以往兩年買餐盒留下來的.只有醬油冬菇,荀片及栗子番薯茸係自己整的.

再加一個相撲鍋,內有腐皮年糕袋,豆腐,大蔥,什菇,豬肉丸,雞肉及芋絲,之後再加春菊.

老婆自己買咗隻肥雞返來,起肉都花咗唔少時間去肥.
鯛魚煲仔飯.


冇紅肉就加多件羊扒啦,不過返屋企先記得未洗焗爐,又洗咗幾個字先有得用.

食日本野當然要飲日本酒啦.

最後係龍島拿破崙蛋糕配香檳.

咁就過咗一年啦.

回覆刪除[版主回覆01/01/2008 16:28:00]No, because we consume this package for the past couple of years and this year they want to join us at the New Year's Eve. These dishes are very easy to prepare in which we just spend about two hours to cook them.
